Do not sign this agreement before you have read it in its entirety. The member is entitled to a completed copy of this agreement. The member acknowledges that this document is an agreement and becomes legally binding upon its acceptance by KMP Nails.

 

 

Any persons under the age of 18 must apply in salon and have a parent or legal guardian present at time of application. The parent/legal guardian agrees to co-sign, along with the member and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon co-signing this agreement, you automatically agree to make payment amends if the member is un-able to honor this agreement. 

 

 

Membership Agreement

 When purchasing the Keep The Standard/The More Sophisticated/ Primarily for The Socialmembership, the client acknowledges that the terms and conditions of said membership(s) is recognized as a binding contract between the client (also known as “VIP Member”) and KMP Nails LLC (“ KMP Nails”). Keep the Standard/The More Sophisticated/ Primarily for The Socialmembership rights and benefits are to commence when a Member has physically or electronically signed the form of the terms and conditions and has purchased a membership.

 

When signing up: 

(K)eep the Standard

$50.00 one-time member fee plus $159 monthly (6 months minimum)

The (M)ore Sophisticated 

$50.00 one-time member fee plus $199 monthly (6 months minimum)

(P)rimarily for The Social

$50.00 one-time member fee plus $105 monthly (6 months minimum)

 

 

Membership Expense

The Keep the Standard/The More Sophisticated/ Primarily for The Socialmemberships are monthly memberships with set prices. Once a membership is purchased, the membership fee will recur monthly until cancelled by Member. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.The credit card that you provide to us during sign-up will be charged on the same day of each month as your sign up date. For example, if you sign up on January 5th, your card will be charged on the 5th of each month. The Member agrees and understands that the Member’s credit card will automatically be charged the appropriate monthly fee for the Member’s membership. It is the responsibility of the Member to update KMP Nails of any changes to billing information. Gratuities are not included in the monthly membership prices.

 

Membership Cancellation: 

Keep the Standard/The More Sophisticated/ Primarily for The Socialmembers are able to terminate their membership with a 30-day notice of, prior to auto renew. Keep the Standard/The More Sophisticated/ Primarily for The SocialMembers who want to terminate prior to expiration date, are subjected to penalties! Keep the Standard/The More Sophisticated/ Primarily for The SocialMembers who are terminating membership prior to expiration date are responsible for all individual service amounts per visit, that were rendered with their membership. Keep the Standard/The More Sophisticated/ Primarily for The Socialmember are responsible for any additional amounts occurred per reservation that were forgiven under membership program. Any and all additional amounts will be charged to member credit card that was provided initially. Keep the Standard/The More Sophisticated/ Primarily for The Socialmembers who want to cancel membership can be cancelled in-store or via email. to cancel memberships via email, please send your name, copy of picture id, phone, email and termination date to kmpnails@gmail.com
